The Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte kicks off Fall. We don’t make the rules.

But Fall 2020 was different. With rising temperatures around the country and the pandemic in full force, many folks were not able to enjoy the Fall they loved. So we brought Fall to them, when they needed it most.

The Hotline

With a call to 1-833-Get-Fall, fans were immediately transported to their favorite Fall feels. They could head out on a hay ride, crunch through some leaves, knit a sweater with grandpa or repeat ~calming~ PSL Mantras.

With a fun mix of fall sounds, classic ASMR and tongue-in-cheek humor, this playful hotline captured the attention of our PSL lovers, the internet and the media alike.

Continuing the Fall Feels

We wanted to sustain these fun Fall feels all season long. With a combo of stock audio, existing drink assets, illustration, and a fully remote shoot, we were able to create this content.
