The goal:
Increase positive brand sentiment - in the midst of negative press. Without changing company policies. In 2 months.


The strategy:

It’s hard to hate up close. No matter how you feel about Starbucks, you often still have a positive experience with the barista who makes your coffee.


What we did:

Created a 360 degree campaign, voiced by real Starbucks baristas, shot and directed by me.
