I am thrilled to submit my application for the Creative Director - Art & Promo role with Sphere. Sphere Entertainment consistently pushes the boundaries of visual excellence, entertainment, and promotional work—and I’d be honored to be a part of the next chapter. My extensive creative experience, sharp visual eye, and collaborative leadership style uniquely prepare me to contribute to this disruptive, cutting-edge work.

As a Creative Director at SPCSHP, I lead the Starbucks relationship, overseeing multiple creative teams creating 360° work—including TV spots, content libraries, brand partnerships, social campaigns, physical activations and more. With my creative leadership, the Starbucks scope grew from a singular social project to full Creative AOR. To ensure the creative work is completed at the highest caliber, I spend a week in Seattle every month working directly with C-Suite leaders—so I’m highly experienced in navigating relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.

What sets me apart from other candidates is my range of skills and experiences. I am equally comfortable working with CG artists, pitching to large groups, and writing creative strategy. As a formally trained photographer, I’m also incredibly comfortable on set collaborating with directors, DPs, and photographers. I also have a wide range of experience creating work for the world’s largest brands. I’ve created 40+ commercials in 5 days for Chase, an AI experience for IBM Watson, an physical activation for Visa, and 40+ social assets a month for Adobe. No matter the medium or the client, my goal is the same: to create smart, strategic work at the highest caliber.

Most importantly, I lead with a people-first, radically candid approach. As someone who frequently works with teams across disciplines, I firmly believe all people are creative. It’s my job to invite everyone to the table in order to make the best work possible. Collaborating without ego at every step of the process makes every project better. My blend of creative leadership experience, versatile skillset, and collaborative approach aligns perfectly with the demands of this role.
